Google earlier has added a new chat interface that made Video chat, voice chat, and group chat at a click away, now Google has discovered some issue with the new chat design that impacted a small number of Google Apps users so Google has pulled back this change to fix it.

Google also added that this features will be added in the coming week until then you could use the menu at the bottom of each chat window.
