Google Chrome OS which was announced on July 7, 2009 to arrive soon, the open source operating system developed by Google based on Chrome browser which is to work exclusively with web application is going to arrive this autumn according to Google vice president of product management Sundar Pichai at CompuTex Taipei.
“We are working on bringing the device later this fall,” said Sundar Pichai. “It’s something which we are very excited by … We expect it to reach millions of users on day one,” he said.
Considering it is from Google it is expected to create enormous buzz and reach, of course with support from some of the OEM’s and Asus is one among them.
