Google has redesigned Google Image Search for mobile and is available today for mobile including iPhone 3.0+ and Android 2.1 devices. The features that are enhanced include thumbnails which are square to maximize the number of images, swipe to see the next or previous page of results, or tap the large, stationary ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ page buttons and speed. The image is viewed in separate page to make the image large and the background is black. You can swipe from picture to picture to view the image. To try this new version of Image Search, just go to www.google.com on your phone and tap on “Images.” Google Image search is available in 38 languages worldwide.
